Hello everyone,

I'm a receptionist in a 5* hotel on the Swiss border. I also love to travel.
I've decided to renovate my chalet and make it a welcoming place that meets the expectations that travelers may have when they travel.

My chalet is currently under renovation and will not be available for rent until February 8, but as a precaution, it will be available for rent until February 15, 2025. The photos give you an idea of my property.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilet will be redone. The furniture will also be new, as will the bedding.

My 60m2 chalet is located 5 minutes' walk from the town center and comprises:
Entrance hall with closet.
Living area with fireplace, sofa and 100 cm TV. Board games, card games.
Dining area.
Fully equipped kitchen. Fan-assisted oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, blender, fondue and raclette appliances.

3 bedrooms.
One with a queen-size bed (160x200) with safe, closet and space for a crib.
The middle bedroom has 2 80x200 beds that can be combined to make a 160 cm bed. With a large wardrobe.
The 3rd bedroom will have a 140x190 bed, a 50 cm TV and chest of drawers, and access to the balcony.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer and hairdryer.

Washing machine with dryer.
A low-ceilinged cellar that can be used as a ski locker.
A large south-east-facing terrace with magnificent views of the slopes and resort
Private outdoor parking: 2 adjoining spaces

Services + : Free WiFi, bed and bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning included, beds made on arrival and only on arrival, childcare equipment available, free ski bus at the foot of the chalet.
Ironing facilities available.
Toilet paper, shower gel, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher detergent. When a product runs out, it will be up to the tenant to buy what he needs.

Keys will be collected from the agency.
This chalet is a sentimental property, so a deposit will be requested by check and returned within 3 days of your departure.
