The Space:
Welcome to this 75m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use and is ideal for big groups and families! All bedrooms are decorated with great taste and colorful touches, all of them with plenty of natural light and great views over the garden!
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
