Fully renovated apartment above the owners' house (a former farmhouse), accessible by stairs (not recommended for people with reduced mobility), and approximately 80 ares of wooded land at your disposal. Parking: the apartment is located in a cul-de-sac. A private parking space is available, and a public parking lot is 200 meters from the apartment.
Interior: Semi-open kitchen/living/dining room, shower room, separate WC, two bedrooms, and a relaxation area.
Exterior: Terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
