Recently renovated and beautifully decorated by an architect using local wood and stone, this superb chalet offers a charming and relaxing retreat with unique views on Les Drus and the Mont Blanc. Ideally located, it is within a short walk of La Flégère ski lift and the village of Les Praz (shops) and Chamonix's golf course. Easy access to the center of Chamonix and to all pistes of the domain by Chamonixbus or by train (5 minute walk to both stops).
First floor : very spacious and comfortable living room with a fireplace, large bay windows facing South onto stunning views of the Mont Blanc chain. The views can also be enjoyed from the outside, lounging or lunching on the wide and sunny terrace with direct access to the garden.
Ground floor : Master bedroom with small terrace and private access to the garden, 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with 4 charming bunk beds that children will love. Each room has its own bathroom. Sauna and separate ski room.
