Summary: We had a great experience with this Hotel. We had to change the date of our stay and Quentin on the phone was very kind and helpful in making our new accomodations. Checking in to the hotel the gentleman at the desk on the evening of 10/1/26 was helpful and informative, he offered without me even asking for us to park our motorcycle underneath and awning so it would be protected. The next morning we were greeted for breakfast in the dining room by a very kind woman making us bacon egg and cheese omelets, she was so nice and helpful and the food was good and included in our hotel bill which was a great deal. I don't travel in this area of Colorado very much but when I do I would definitely stay at your hotel again. Ever encounter we had with your staff at this Best Western was amazing and shocking from all of the other hotels and staff we had dealt with throughout our 7 day motorcycle trip. You made our last night of our trip very enjoyable. Thank you to all your staff.
