This charming building is ideally located in a quiet area while being close to the sea, with the magnificent beach of the 3 moutons being located 1 km on foot.
The Space:
Upon entering the house, you will find a large living room full of charm with its fireplace that will allow you to warm up by the fire after a winter walk on the hiking trail. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, you will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet as well as a master suite with its 160 x 200 bed and its bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, you will find the 3 other bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: one is equipped with a bunk bed, and the other with 2 single beds. The last bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, thus allowing 2 single beds or a double bed in 160. At this level, you will also find a large bathroom with a double sink, a shower, a toilet, the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
Finally, on the 2nd floor you will find a large room with its small sea view from the window. This room is equipped with a table and a sofa, ideal for children to play or for everyone to get together to play a board game, for example!
Outside, you can enjoy a very large garden, an outdoor table or sun loungers to make the most of the lovely summer days. The house is located on a quiet little street, and you can easily access the Three Sheep Beach on foot.
