C'est une jolie maison cévenole, entièrement rénovée, en bord de rivière dans un village pittoresque de la région. elle est composée de 3 niveaux.
En rez de chaussée vous trouverez une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'un coin salon avec beau poêle jott avec plaque de cuisson pour faire mijoter de bons plats😃
Au premier étage se trouve:
- Deux chambres avec deux grands lits en 140
- une salle de bain avec baignoire
- un wc.
En dessous du rez de chaussée se trouve une pièce voutée qui reste très fraiche .
En hiver :
Chauffage :
Un grand poêle a été installé cette année . Celui ci suffit pour chauffer la maison en plein hiver. Le bois n'est pas compris. A chacun d'emmener le bois dont il a besoin pour son séjour. Vous pourrez en trouver sur place dans les centres commerciaux du Vigan. ( prendre bûche de 40 cm max)
Il y a aussi des radiateurs mais ils ont très énergivores . Nous conseillons d'utiliser le poêle uniquement. Si vous souhaitez quand même utiliser les radiateurs, nous demandons aux locataires de payer en frais réel sa consommation électrique . dans ce cas, Il suffira de nous envoyer par texto à votre arrivée et à votre départ une photo du compteur et nous laisser la somme correspondant a votre consommation. Nous vous communiquerons le prix du kwatt / heure.
En été :
Nous avons une cave au pied de la maison du coté rivière ( l’entrée est accessible par l’extérieur ). Vous y trouverez une petit table et deux fauteuils que vous pourrez installer en bord de rivière pour vous prélasser , boire un verre, lire un livre, papoter au frais etc...N'oubliez pas de les rentrer !!
Nous laissons aussi une table avec des chaises pliantes pour vous installer et manger dans la ruelle piétonne et a l'ombre .
Wifi très aléatoire du fait de sa situation et de sa construction....idéal pour se déconnecter 😉
Sur la place du village, se trouve une petite boutique solidaire ou l'on peut venir boire un café et acheter des légumes du coin. Vous trouverez aussi un bar brasserie et un restaurant..
Possibilité de manger dans la petite ruelle piétonne devant la maison.
Possibilité de se baigner juste à côte de la maison
Départ de nombreux sentiers de randonnées.
